The quality of love
Close your eyes. Deeply relax. When you feel relaxed and energized say, “I know call forth the quality of love.”Feel the energy of love coming to you, or out from someplace inside of you, filling you up and radiating out from you. Remain for a few minutes experiencing this feeling. Then if you wish, direct it toward anyone to whom you wish to send a blessing.
